Multiculturalism has “utterly failed”

German Chanceler Angela Merkel states that multiculturalism has “utterly failed”.

Hallelujah! Now I feel vindicated and not alone.

Multiculturalism in Canada

The faces of some of our prized multicultural benefactors and what they have to say…

Meet Wahida Valiante, Kashmir/Indian Canadian, MSW Family Counsellor, Ottawa Ontario Canada, and current president of the Canadian Islamic Congress.

“They spew hate against Islam and Muslims by repeating the same racist and bigoted statements over and over again: that Islam is violent, irrational and incompatible with democracy. Out of FEAR, I have chosen not to name the pro-Israeli Zionists, or the Israel-can- do-no-wrong gang, who promote fear of Islam and Muslims through propaganda, and by playing manipulative mind-games on unsuspecting, decent mainstream Canadian and Americans.”

And

“The Zionist zealots (neo-conservative Likud Party supporters who yoke Israel's interests to those of America) and rightwing evangelical "millennial" or end-time Christians, both raise the spectre of "Islamic terrorism" as a force that threatens free people everywhere. They know that fear destroys reason, leaving the individual's conscience in the hands of those who instill the fear. Similarly, Fascism and Zionism achieved their objectives through fear, resulting in the vast societal FEAR syndrome.”

And

From Backseat Blogger, October 4, 2010:

On April 29, 2005 Ms. Valiante did not have nearly so much luck when she wrote in the CIC’s official rag that Daniel Pipes, a well-known and vocal critic of Islamic extremism, “is a follower of Hitler “, “uses the tactics of Hitler” and “wants to ethnically cleanse America of its Muslim presence.”

After Mr. Pipes forcefully denied uttering such statements and filed suit for libel, Ms Valiante abjectly apologized.

The CIC subsequently apologized “without reservation” and “retract[ed the] remarks in the column.” The CIC also sent funds to cover Pipes’ legal expenses and made a donation in his name to a Canadian charity. Pipes stated that the CIC’s apology establishes that, in Canada, “Islamist groups do not have impunity to fabricate lies about their opponents.”

Dr. Mohamed Elmasry, Egyptian Canadian, retired professor of engineering University of Waterloo and former president of the Canadian Islamic Congress.

Rosie DiManno - Toronto Star Oct 27, 2004:

“And these are Elmasry's words, during a discussion of terrorism on The Michael Coren Show last week, wherein he declared that all adult Israeli civilians (over 18), regardless of gender, are fair targets, ostensibly because a term of military service is mandatory for nearly all Israelis. "They are not innocent if they are part of a population which is ... (the) total population of Israel is part of the army ... even if they have civilian clothes ... The same if they are women in the army ... anybody above 18 is a part of the Israeli popular army.''

And

From Ezra Levant, lawyer, author and former publisher of the Western Standard in the National Post:

Elmasry accuses the Jews of ethnic cleansing, of apartheid and of being the instigators behind the invasion of Iraq. One of the site's specialties is rooting out the Jewish "cabal" that runs the Canadian government.
I sat on a panel with Elmasry at the Canadian Association of Journalists meeting in Halifax last month, and was subjected to a lengthy rant against the "zhoos" who control the media, the "zhoos" who are "on top" of the world and keep the Muslims on "the bottom," and about how my own comments were suspect because I, too, was a "zhoo".

And

From Tarek Fatah, a Canadian political activist, writer, and broadcaster and founder of the Muslim Canadian Congress writing in the National Post:

“Yesterday, in an op-ed piece distributed on his e-mail list, Elmasry accused Prime Minister Stephen Harper of being a racist, saying the PM remains indifferent to Omar Khadr’s plight because the young man is “brown-skinned.”

And if playing the race card was not enough, Elmasry compared Omar Khadr's internment to that of William Sampson who was sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia in 2003. Elmasry asked: “Why is Stephen Harper so callously indifferent to Omar Khadr’s case? It’s painfully obvious: William Sampson is a white Westerner while his fellow Canadian citizen, Omar Khadr, is brown-skinned and a Muslim.”

Did it occur to Elmasry that William Sampson had not gone to Saudi Arabia to wage a crusade against Islam while Khadr was a recruit in Osama Bin Laden's jihad against Canada and its coalition partners in NATO? “

Khaled Mouammar, Palestinian Canadian, former president of the Canadian Arab Federation:

"We would also like to remind Jason Kenney that he is a Minister of the Canadian government, not the racist Israeli government; still, CAF is not surprised with Minister Kenney's position given his outright contempt for the Arab and Muslim communities in Canada and his condoning of Islamophobia. This is the same man who attacked a Muslim organization for lodging a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission against Maclean's Magazine for publishing an inflammatory and bigoted article, and who slandered Canadian NGO's at an OSCE Conference in front of the international community", said Khaled Mouammar, CAF National President.

And

“The evidence has been accumulating about the anti-Arab and anti-Islamic Canadian government to the extent it is feared that if Canada gains a seat in the UN Security Council, it may be used against Arabs and Muslims around the world. The Canadian Arab Federation calls upon all Arab and Muslim Missions at the United Nations to vote against Canada’s bid to have a seat at the UN Security Council for the following reasons…”
“Canada is the only western country that has refused to ask for the repatriation of its citizen, 15-year-old Omar Khadr, from the jail in Guantanamo Bay where he has languished since May 2005.”

“Since coming to power in February 2006 the Harper government has refused to deal with the Canadian Arab Federation and the Canadian Islamic Congress, the two main national organizations representing Arab and Muslim Canadians, because they advocate for Palestinian rights.”

“March 2006: Canada was the first country (after Israel) to cut its assistance to the Palestinian Authority. The aid cutoff, which was designed to sow division within Palestinian society, had devastating social effects.”

And much more at Blog Wrath.

Omar Shaban, Canadian Lebanese, a student at UBC and former executive vice president of the Canadian Arab Federation for Western Canada

He adds writing on his Facebook page that Canada was "genocidal state" and referred to Canada's national holiday as "Fuck Canada Day" and added that "It's finally Canada Day...Couldn't be more ashamed to be Canadian."

The CAF distanced itself from Shaban’s statements but he refused to retract his remarks. Omar Shaban chose to resign from the CAF. He continues his vulgar racist and un-Canadian spewing on the campus of the University of British Columbia. When asked by a journalist why he remains here in Canada if he finds it so abhorrent he remarked that he was not finished his studies and likes school. Unfortunately for us but not so for Shaban he was born in Canada but raised in Lebanon.

Syed Soharwardy, Pakistani Canadian, founder of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada. His views:

"Sharia cannot be customized for specific countries. These universal, divine laws are for all people of all countries for all times."
"Presently, what Israeli forces are doing to Palestinians is worse than the Holocaust of World War II."

"[Soharwardy's group] . . . strongly condemns the exploitation of tsunami victims by the Christian missionaries. There have been several reports that the Christian missionaries are kidnapping Muslim children in Indonesia. . . . It is now proven that the Christian missionaries do not help people on humanitarian grounds. They help people in order to exploit their needs and convert them to Christianity."

And

"Presently, what Israeli forces are doing to Palestinians is worse than the Holocaust of the World War II"
"More than over a million Palestinians have been killed, millions of them have made refugees, and millions of them are in the concentration camps"

"Majority of the Muslims believes that Muslims could not commit these heinous crimes because of the sophistication and precision in the planning and execution of these terrorist attacks. ... Don't the world understand as to who exactly are the real beneficiaries of this episode. On the other side, who will be suffering the most from these terrorist attacks?"

We are in serious trouble in Canada and I am not sure that political correctness will not prevail to all our detriment.

  2. I just want to thank those wacky Muslims ignorants for finally driving the nail through the heart that is the failed policy of multiculturalism once and for all.

  3. A solid tip-of-the-hat indeed, but let's not get our hopes up too soon

  4. I think it's safe to say that it's only muslims who have difficulty integrating into the host country.

I've yet to read of any significant problem with say Hindu migrants from India or Buddhists from Thailand.

    Muslims.

    Can't live in peace anywhere.

  6. Is this posting a hate-crime, propagating specific nastiness about people because of Jewness? Am I now even more than before a hate-criminal? Can I sue this blog? Can a hate-crime tribunal try me for extremist views, now I've read Elmasry, Valiente & Co.?

If I now go beat up a random Jew over the age of 18 (can't be too careful), was it the CIC's fault?

    It's all so complicated!
